PERSONAL TRAINING AT THE GYM
Our team of personal trainers is dedicated to exceed your expectations and help you achieve results. Regardless of whether you are training to lose weight, look good, build muscle, recover from injury, or train for sport, we are here to help get you there. At THE GYM we recognize that everyone has a different goal in mind, therefore each member of our team has their own special skill set and area of expertise. Although our trainers have a wide variety of skills and educational backgrounds, they all have the common goal of helping you achieve the results you are looking for.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT
All members are encouraged to consult with a personal trainer for a fitness assessment to assess strength, range of motion, stability and balance. This is a complimentary service for all of our new or existing members. This is an opportunity for our members to consult and benefit from the expertise of one of our personal trainers or a health professional on an individual basis. Not only will an assessment determine your current fitness level but it will also give you the tools to enhance your training routine, train to avoid injury, strengthen injury prone areas, improve body awareness, and address any imbalances or weakness. After the assessment specific recommendations on strength training, sport specific training, rehabilitative exercise and functional training can be addressed.
