Kim Lum

Kim was trained through Stott Pilates, however has veered in a different direction developing a class that is pumped up and aggressive. Her classes push students to challenge themselves in order to see results and gain body awareness. She encourages, motivates while being fun and engaging. Her Power Pilates focuses on working the entire body, but mostly the core, back and postural muscles. Kim helps students to get stronger, leaner, and tougher. Doing it all in the name of feeling good about oneself!
