Class Descriptions:

RESTORATIVE FLOW
Deeply restful. Gentle reclining poses are held for 7-10 minutes. The focus is on gentle stretch and deep relaxation. Space is limited.

EXTREME CYCLING
Cycle through an energized workout of sprints, climbs and jumps, to fun music. You are bound to sweat in these small, and personal classes.

MAJOR POWER YOGA
An intense vinyasa-based power class that makes you sweat your asana off! Find that internal and external strength, length and balance as you find your maximum potential and bring your yoga practice to the next level.

CARDIO BLAST BOOTCAMP
This class is designed to be non-stop cardio fun! A high intensity class focused continuous exercises and intervals to maximize aerobic output. Get ready to push hard, sweat and shred fat while getting a fantastic cardio workout.STAY SHARP - Cardio, core and coordination A high intensity, full body workout with a focus on core strength, stability and confidence in your own movement.          

VINYASA YOGA        
A vigorous, athletic approach to yoga. Linking breath with movement in vinyasa flow sequences to build heat. Longer-held poses feature refined alignment cues to build strength, stability and improve active range of motion FEAR NO CALORIESIn this class, you will practice kickboxing techniques on the bags, pads, or with your partner and you will upgrade your endurance and strength conditioning with short sequences of functional cross-training exercises.


ROCK HARD LEGS & BUNS
Come get your butt kicked! This mixed-discipline lower body workout is designed to maximize strength-building throughout the biggest muscles in your body. Interwoven with cardio drills this class is sure to leave your buns feeling like a jelly donut at the end, all leading toward developing or maintaining a lean, sculpted physique. 

PILATES

Kim's class will improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body. This pilates class puts a emphasis on breathing, alignment, developing a stronger crew and improving coordination.

YOGA FLOW Connect to your breath as you move posture to posture. Yoga Flow works intimately with breath to fill each pose and promotes fluidity in the mind and body.  You'll gain flexibility and strength doing this class each week. 


BODY TONE TRX
Do you think you possess adequate core strength and stability... if so I challenge you to come put it to the test. This intermediate class will challenge the whole body, emphasizing on upper body and core strength. Stay lean, get strong and ripped in this TRX class!                                                           

CORE YOGA 
Awaken your core. Align your spine. Balanced and integrated, where physical challenge meets breathwork, we'll work through a yoga sequence targeting core strength and structural alignment. class is accessible for all levels of students.


STAY SHARP
 Cardio, Core and Coordination A high intensity, full body workout with a focus on core strength, stability and confidence in your own movement.

KUNG FU
An introduction to the practices of traditional Kung Fu and its use as a Martial Art for self- defense and exercise. The techniques are based on striking, breaking the balance and controlling the opponent. Specific conditioning exercises, applications and routines can lead to health benefits which include increasing in muscle tone and definition, improving strength, endurance, concentration and memory.   

TAI CHI
The practice of Tai Chi routines and techniques, develop proper breathing, flexibility, isotonic and isometric exercises. The  focus of these exercises is to help improve upper and lower body strength, cardiovascular endurance, posture and coordination.                
 


FREESTYLE CHINESE KICKBOXING (SANSHOU)
This freestyle boxing teaches attack and defense techniques to include; punches, kicks, elbow, and knee strikes, blocks and takedowns. The conditioning for this kickboxing system promotes high endurance resistance and power as it stimulates fast and slow twitch muscle fibers in the body. 


WOMEN'S KICKBOXING- CORE, LEGS, AND GLUTES
This class combines the foundations of Kickboxing with an intensive exercise program directed towards the female form. The class focus is to target certain muscle groups including the glutes, legs and abdominals.
